Creativity classes to inspire, uplift and connect
Hello, I’m Meg (Margaret Rolla), an artist and educator helping people reconnect with creativity through drawing.
I offer small, supportive classes in my private studio in Murwillumbah, Northern Rivers, NSW.
These classes are designed to build confidence through clear guidance and a focus on the fundamentals of drawing.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, you’ll be guided at your own pace in a calm and encouraging environment.
Come join me in a fun, creative and nurturing space where judgement is left at the door.
Creativity is for everyone, and I’m here to help you begin.

In our rapidly changing world, creativity is not a luxury; it’s a necessity for resilience, adaptability, and evolution.

Creativity helps you slow down, reconnect and thrive
Through personal experience of grief and loss, journaling became a daily practice—offering solace, purpose, and direction.
This was deepened through my arts health research, where I witnessed the powerful impact creative practice can have on wellbeing—especially for people living with dementia.
My own work brings together my background in illustration with a more intuitive, expressive approach shaped by both professional practice and personal experience.
Still curious? You’re welcome to explore more of my work and my story.
Creativity is
a basic human
need
Creativity is part of who we are—we’re born to create in one form or another.
Yet somewhere along the way, many of us lose that connection, or begin to believe it’s just a pastime rather than something essential.
Research continues to show the powerful impact creative practice can have on our wellbeing.
In these classes, you’re invited into a calm, supportive environment where there’s no pressure to perform—just space to explore and reconnect. They foster a deeper connection to yourself and the community, encouraging self-compassion through the uniqueness of each person’s mark-making.
The aim is simple—to ignite your creative spark, so you leave feeling inspired, uplifted, and connected.

Ways to work with me
I offer a range of creative experiences—from drawing classes and workshops to personalised illustration commissions.
