Through personal experience of grief and loss, journaling became my daily therapy giving me solace, purpose and direction.
This was confirmed during my artshealth research where I witnessed amazing discoveries of the wellbeing effects that art making has on the human brain - especially for people living with dementia.
My art portfolio blends illustrative skill with intuitive expression, shaped by years of client-based commissions and a recent journey into personal creativity.
