Life Drawing

Relax, unwind, express

Life drawing is a powerful way to sharpen your drawing skills—it teaches you to observe and react quickly to what’s in front of you while still allowing room for your unique interpretation of the subject.

You’ll quickly discover that it’s not about the final drawing but about immersing yourself in the creative process, letting music and self-expression lead the way.

Join one of these relaxed sessions, where you can seek gentle guidance on your drawings or simply unwind, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere as you draw at your own pace.

Adults of all skill levels - beginners warmly welcome!

Materials provided but you're welcome to bring your own.

Tea/coffe nibbles incl. or BYO wine

Creative Ageing

Boost brain health and wellbeing and discover your latent creativity

Spark the joy of creative expression with the Creative Ageing classes, designed for people living with early-stage dementia and their carers. These weekly sessions offer a fun, supportive, and non-judgemental space to explore art through multi-sensory and multimedia activities tailored to individual needs.

Activities are thoughtfully designed to accommodate different levels of cognitive and physical abilities*, fostering confidence and self-expression.

As an offshoot of the successful Drawing Memories program I’ve delivered in aged care facilities across NSW, these classes use proven techniques to boost brain health, build new neural pathways, and encourage meaningful social connections.

Music and reminiscing add a special touch to the creative process.

No drawing experience is needed—just bring your curiosity!

Older people, people living with dementia (early stage), or
