Booking Policy

Thank you for enrolling with Meg Rolla Art. Please read the following information before booking.

 

Securing Your Place

Submitting an enrolment reserves your place, but it is not secured until your deposit or full payment has been received.

Where a deposit option is offered, the remaining balance is payable by bank transfer before your class or workshop, or in cash on the day.

As class numbers are limited, if payment has not been received within 7 days of booking (or before the class begins if booked within 7 days), I may offer the place to another participant.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class or workshop are eligible for either a refund or transfer to another available class or workshop.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or workshop are non-refundable.

• Once a course has commenced, refunds are not available for missed sessions.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered individually.

Missed Classes

If you're unable to attend a class, please let me know as soon as possible.

Where space permits, I'll do my best to offer a replacement class. As classes are intentionally kept small and many sessions build progressively, refunds or monetary credits are not available for missed sessions.

If I Need to Cancel

Occasionally a class or workshop may need to be postponed or cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, illness or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you'll be offered either a transfer to another date or a full refund.

 

Photography

Photographs may occasionally be taken during classes or workshops for promotional purposes. If you'd prefer not to appear in photographs, simply let me know before the class begins. Student artwork is only shared with permission.
