Mixed Media Artist & Educator
Creative Ageing
Research-informed creative programs supporting wellbeing, connection and quality of life.
My work sits within the growing field of arts and health, combining over 30 years as an artist and educator with research into creativity, ageing and dementia.
If you’re interested in working together in aged care, you’re very welcome to visit Artintuit, where I share more about my work as a creative ageing specialist in nursing homes and respite centres.

Creativity is a basic human need. We’re all creative in some way—whether through cooking, gardening, making, or simply choosing how we live and express ourselves.
Yet many people are denied this opportunity, often due to physical or cognitive challenges, but also through a lack of support, guidance, or confidence.
Through my work, I’ve supported many people to reconnect with their creativity—experiencing moments of joy, self-expression, and wellbeing.
I now offer Creative Ageing art classes in the community for people living with dementia who are still at home and would like to be part of a supportive creative group.
