Therapy Journal
The journal has long been a tool for processing ideas and developing creative work. But after years of creating structured illustrations for others, I lost touch with my own voice.
It took grief to find it again.
Each piece in this collection reflects a blend of intimate detail and expressive mark-making, shaped by a need to process, reflect, and reconnect. My hope is that this work offers a quiet reminder of how creativity can support resilience and self-discovery.
Let it Go
A personal response to loss, held through writing and drawing.

After losing my parents, I found solace in writing into the pain and creating art for myself. Journaling has since become a regular practice—a form of meditation and self-expression.
The journal is a deeply personal space to process life—a place of vulnerability, with no rules, no boundaries, and no judgement.
What you see here is a glimpse into that journey: learning to speak from the heart rather than the head. The work is raw, unrefined, and often messy—an exploration of letting go of self-judgement and allowing something more honest to emerge.
